Cai Tuanjie said that the Ministry of Transport has given full play to the role of the Office of the Leading Group for Logistics Guarantee and Smooth Work in the State Council, and actively promoted the implementation of relevant policies with the departments of finance, taxation, finance and social security, especially the policies of VAT refund, exemption from small-scale taxpayers’ VAT, and deferred repayment of principal and interest on truck loans, so as to reduce the operating pressure of logistics enterprises and individual drivers.
