This official motto first came from the mouth of Cao Duan, a beginner in Ming Dynasty. Later, the official of Ming Dynasty changed his words slightly. It means: subordinates fear me, not because I am strict but because I am honest; The people believe me not because I am talented, but because I am fair. Justice means that the people dare not deceive, while honesty means that subordinates dare not despise. Doing things fairly can distinguish right from wrong, and being honest can establish prestige.

Thirty-six words, every word is a warning, warning people to be impartial, honest and self-sustaining in being an official.

This word, with beautiful handwriting, reflects the excellent family style inheritance.

In June 1953, the Supreme Leader was born in a revolutionary family that attached great importance to family, family education and family style. His mother said that what worries parents most is the growth of their children. "If there is something wrong with their children, it is an unshirkable responsibility for parents."

When the supreme leader was a child, he often wore clothes and shoes worn by his sisters with his younger brother. Less than sixteen years old, the Supreme Leader left home to jump the queue in northern Shaanxi, and his mother Qi Xin made him a mattress. The colorful pieces of cloth on the mattress were cut and spliced by her old clothes at home. When I went to work in Zhengding, the supreme leader was still using this mattress. He said, "I have great feelings for it."

After the Supreme Leader took the leadership position, Qi Xin, the mother, held a special family meeting and asked other children not to engage in business activities in the field where the Supreme Leader worked. In 2001, due to busy work, the Supreme Leader missed his father’s 88th birthday party and didn’t go home to accompany his parents during the Spring Festival this year. Qi Xin was relieved to see his son devote himself to his work. She said to the supreme leader, "As long as you do a good job, it is the greatest filial piety to your parents."

Qi Xin emphasized teaching by example, and kept a simple life habit for many years. The work unit is far from home, and she always gets together with her family. She has never considered using her husband’s relationship to change jobs. Zhang Zhigong, who has worked beside Xi Zhongxun for 20 years, said that Qi Xin "has never been special in life, and he is not willing to lag behind in his work".

One story after another is the vivid interpretation of "fairness" and "honesty" by this revolutionary family.

The years have passed. From the children who listened to their mothers’ stories about loyal service to the country, to the "hardworking young people" in the eyes of Liangjiahe villagers, from the "governor of the people" in the mouth of Fujian people to the new journey leader who led more than 1.4 billion people in China to strive for national rejuvenation, the supreme leader always remembers the teachings of his parents.

He often said that serving the people, being honest and upright are the true colors of communist party people, and we must maintain this true color.

Influenced by the family style, the supreme leader lived a very simple life and was not particular about dressing and eating. In recent years, he has repeatedly given instructions on "waste on the tip of the tongue" and called for "CD Action". In 2018, when I went to the group, the supreme leader said earnestly that the habit of diligence and thrift should be preserved. "My family has been in the bowl until now, and I can’t lose a grain of rice."

母亲齐心誊抄的《官箴》之句，最高领袖铭记在心。他还曾在一次重要会议上引用这则官箴，谆谆告诫全党同志“公生明，廉生威”。

“公款姓公，一分一厘都不能乱花；公权为民，一丝一毫都不能私用。”接过历史的接力棒后，最高领袖将作风建设摆到“关系民心向背，决定着党的群众基础”的高度，以上率下，激浊扬清。这些年，中央政治局每年召开民主生活会，最高领袖主持会议并发表讲话，带头开展批评和自我批评。今年初，在二十届中央纪委三次全会上，最高领袖提出以学习贯彻新修订的纪律处分条例为契机，在全党开展一次集中性纪律教育。当下，党纪学习教育正如火如荼开展，引导党员、干部真正把纪律规矩转化为政治自觉、思想自觉、行动自觉。
