" This conclusion profoundly explains the significance of the times and the world orientation of Chinese modernization.

  Modernization in western developed countries is a "series" development process, with industrialization, urbanization, agricultural modernization and informatization developing in sequence. China’s modernization is very different from that of western developed countries, and it is a "parallel" process, in which industrialization, informationization, urbanization and agricultural modernization are superimposed.

  Up to now, there are no more than 30 industrialized countries in the world with a total population of no more than 1 billion.
